Ministries and Leadership
Below is a list of the various ministries that the BSM has to offer. Find a place to serve and get plugged into ministry. Click on the name to go to the leader's facebook page.
Freshman Teams
These are male and female teams lead by upperclassmen and designed to minister to the specific needs of freshmen. The meet together once a week to hang out, study the word and talk about real issues that freshmen face. Hall Small Group Bible Studies and Outreach
We strive to have a Bible study or small group available in every resident hall on campus, and outreach to those who aren't involved yet. Students lead groups in lobbies and rooms to teach and disciple. Get into a small group to get to know people and grow in Christ. See the hall leaders below:

Kids Club
Every week students meet together to play with some kids at a nearby Trailer Complex. They have a backyard bible club with games, snacks, and a story from the bible. We can always use help sharing God’s love with these wonderful children. Contact Megan Whitten for questions.
Beach Reach
Every Spring break we take a mission trip to South Padre Island. We serve the Spring Breakers that have come to party on the Island by serving free pancakes, offering free van rides, and making sand sculptures. Contact Alex Gruhlkey Keagan Folkerts or Krystallyne Robinson for questions.
Go Now Missions
If you have a heart for the lost and other countries, this is a great way to share your passion and help motivate others to get involved with what God is doing on a local and global perspective. We raise money, spread the word, and train college students to go! Contact Angela Banks for questions.
Intramurals
The University offers a wide variety of intramural sports. We love to have students get involved with sports they love. It is a great way to meet new people and make new friends while sharing the love of Christ and showing good sportsmanship! Contact Chase Young Jake Johnson or Alex Gruhlkey to sign up.
Free Lunch
That's right a free lunch. That's always a good thing for college students. We are looking forward to a great semester. So come and join us on Wednesdays at noon so we can meet you! Contact Debra Cooper , Nathan Tarrant for questions.
Ekklesia Worship
The word Ekklesia means to come together. Every Thursday at 8pm the BSM has a worship service where we come together to praise the Lord and feast on His word. Our teaching is around a small groups where we can really get to know each other. So come together with us. Contact Matt Pogue or Michael Meares for more info.
Disciple Now Youth Outreach
Join the team that ministers to Youth throughout the panhandle at various D-Nows, 5th quarters and lockins. Contact Stephanie Gibson for more information.
Mission Amarillo
This team ministers to inner city kids through apartment outreach in Amarillo. They provide Christmas gifts for need kids and shoes for students all year round. Contact Reagan Riddlespurger if you have a heart for inner city families.
Events and Parties
This team plans and coordinates all of the BSM parties and social evets. So whether it is welcome week, game night or the yearly rave, this is the team that does it. Contact Melody Montgomery or Molly Whitlow to find out more.

Prayer
This is a vital part of our minisrty as we seek God's Glory and direction in all that we do. This team coordinates ouyr yearly See U at the Pole, the Abide Prayer conference and the monthly times of prayer. Contact Shay Anderson if you want to be on the team.
Greeks for Christ Ministries
This is a ministry to our Fraternaties and Soroities to encourage them and cahllenge them to stand for Christ in the Greek system. Fellowship of Christian Musicians
