The Freshmen/Transfer teams -Weekly Discipleship

This program is open for any New student. The teams will be a FUN weekly discipleship time just for New WT students. We will have a Bible Study designed to meet the needs of WT students and hang out for fun and games. You will be in a group with an upper classman who will help guide you through the semester. It will be a great opportunity to get to know and establish lasting relationships with other WT students. It will be on Wednesday nights at 8pm. Resident Hall Bible Studies
The BSM will host a Bible Study in a room, hall or main lobby of each resident hall on the WT campus. These small groups will be designed to help new students establish friendships with other Christians, reach out to non-Christians, and provide an opportunity for spiritual growth, and challenge students. The studies will meet weekly and will be led by upperclassmen or the BSM staff. The time and day they will meet will be determined the first week of the semester. Finding the Right Church
One of the key decisions that you will make during your first year at WT will be where to attend church. We will have several opportunities for you to meet college ministers and find a church home. You can do some looking on the various web sites that are available to help you decide before you get here. Just click on the churches link to see what churches are doing with University students.
